Ordered in the week a few seperate click and collect orders. When I went to collect the staff were lovely and extremely efficient. The food was delicious.. we ordered numerous lasagnes and some extras and was all faultless.

We were going away as a party of 14 for birthday celebrations and decided rather than book a restaurant we would use COOK frozen meals. First class in every way, from the delivery man who had to negotiate around floods to get to us, to the delicious main meals and desserts, all very tasty proved by the clean plates. Would definitely use again. Well done COOK!

This place is AWESOME. Imagine Iceland but taken up quite a few notches. The food is exquisite, the staff are friendly beyond belief and will talk to you about all the food (it's frozen food, not rocket science but they still put all their effort into it). Cannot rate highly enough

One of the few places that you can get family meals for 4 or for a bigger crowd. Always delicious. We keep a stock in the freezer for those "can't be bothered / too busy days. " Better than a takeaway!

Love the Cook Shop. The food tastes authentic and the herbs and spices used for each dish are well balanced. It's a welcome relief to enter a shop where the staff know the products and take the time to explain all the finer nuances.

In addition to the home made frozen meals the Daily Bean cafe serves lovely coffee and cakes. The staff are friendly and caring and make everyone feel welcome. A good addition to the whole Bath Road Experience.

Wonderful food that is beautifully presented; great choice and friendly staff. We provide the Cook's food to the firefighters who attend our courses. They love it! Thank you for your commitment to doing the right thing - providing high quality food and clearly a nice environment for people to work in as everyone we've interacted with so far seemed happy to be working at Cook.

A lovely place to come for a break. See the photos: Large Dry cappuccino, a lovely smoothie and Jelly Beans with every sit down order! About £5. Highlight of the visit: Mojito Cheese cake taster. GREEN CREDENTIALS: bamboo taster cups for samples with steel spoons! High Five!
